Window parts missing

A quick learner from Phila, PA says:
Hello,
I would appreciate it very much if you can help us find replacement parts for our condo window in Philly.
There are two windows of the same size , one in left, on in right. One window would not stay open because the renter probably forced it . We are not sure. The left window still holds but it looks like it has only one side that is holding it to stay open. I sent three photos and I am hoping you can help us identify the replacement parts. Thank you for your help. Angie

1. First photo looks like this is how it is supposed to be before.
2. Second photo has the missing part (clippings.)?
3. Third photo is the tilt window . Right side, there is same one on left side.

The second photo looks like our Series 180 coil spring set up with the 15-086 and 15-087. The sash pivot bar, on the other hand, looks more like our 26-040, but it might be disconnected or broken which could be causing the problem. Another possibility is that the Series 180 coil springs are sprung.

The first looks like our 26-069 top tilt latch. You might also need the 26-002 black release lever, as well as our 26-016 and 26-017 spring and retainer. Please review this hardware and let me know how well they match up to your own parts.
