Window parts needed

A quick learner from Holly Springs, North Carolina says:
I need some help locating a couple of window parts that need replacing for a double hung, wood window, that is about 15 years old. The parts shown in my photos are in good shape and are only a representation of what is needed. The pin has broken off and the sash guide (?) has also broken.

I am confident that I can do the repair... once I locate the proper parts. If further info is needed, please let me know and I'll see what I can do to get the info needed.

Thank you for any help you can offer,
Joan

Thanks for posting, Joan. Hopefully we can help. Let's start with the friction shoe, shown in your bottom picture. Yours is a very close match to our 15-104. Look it over and let me know if you could get this to work as a replacement. As for the tilt pin, we do not have an exact match but our 20-016 looks like it might work as a substitute. What do you think?
