Window replacement part

A quick learner from Cedar Rapids Iowa says:
We have some older K&K windows and the cylinder that opens combines with the wheels to crank open the windows no longer works in most of them. I was wondering if you can just buy that replacement cylinder rather than buying the complete arm insert.

Casey from SWISCO responded:
You will need to replace the operator this part came out of. Start by looking at the 39-032 and 39-031, I looked up other discussions on the K&K window operators and this is a popular one for that window brand. If this does not match your current operator reply with detailed photos, we would be happy to research a replacement for you.
