Window replacement parts

Hi,
We recently moved into a 2007 Skyline doublewide mobile home. The window locks in the attached picture are frequently breaking as well as the face mount keepers. The face mount keepers are 1 1/2" wide. The locks are 2 1/4" installation hole centers. We have locks that are both right locks and left lock mechanisms.

I would start by looking at our 90-274 window lock set, which matches your hole spacing. We do not have a left and right hand version of this, unfortunately. They are only made one way. Take a look to see if these will work on your window.

The 90-274 look fine however my keepers are a flat square piece. Would I be able to install a keeper that's different from the originals?

If your keepers are still in good condition, you should be able to re-use them. The 90-274 kit comes with a keeper, but if yours is surface mounted like you describe then you should stick with that.
