Window sash slide

Hi, please advise the replacement part number for the above. The Chanel is 9/16 wide and 27 in long.

Your 27" balance with a 2630 stamp option is either our Series 351 or Series 390 balance, but I can't tell which one. Can you measure and tell the difference? As shown below, the Series 351 uses a 1" shoe. The important dimension is the 1" width from front to back. Do not measure the height. A 1" shoe would correspond to an S351-27. For a 1-1/8" shoe, choose the S390-27.
