Window spring balance

A home owner from Connecticut says:
I have a broken 3/8 x 32" S-900 balance - i came off of a 60"x 30" MW brand window- tip appears to be white in color.

Since that is no an option in you color tips that are available, would you care to recommend which would be my best choice o replace it with, and if we cant match the color, would it probably be a good idea to replace both sides.

Also, what is the correct tension tool that will be required to adjust them.

Thank you, - Alan

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Alan. It would depend on the weight of the sash. I recommend weighing it on a scale and referring to the weight chart on the S900-32 store page. For the tool, we recommend the 75-006. Finally, it's a good idea to replace both balances at the same time, yes.
