Window spring weight question

A quick learner from Thornton says:
I have a sash that weighs right at the max of a 3230 (23#) and the min of a 3240. The original window has 1 of each (i.e. 1 3230 and 1 3240). Am I better off to use 2 3240's? These look are Series 385's (33"). Thanks,

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting. If your sash is exactly 23 pounds, with no decimals off one way or the other, I suppose it would come down to personal preference. Usually we defer to what was stamped on the balances originally, but since your window had both that makes me think that either could work, assuming your window worked well before.
