Mike from SWISCO responded:
Can you please give us the width and length of the latch?

In the meantime, please take a look at the 26-390 and 26-391, and the 26-263 and 26-264, tilt window sash latches.
A handy person says:
They look like the right parts. Will order sets of both since time is important. There appears to be a plastic tab keeping them in the window. How do I get them out without damaging the window?

thanks

Dave from SWISCO responded:
To remove, use a flat head screwdriver and hammer and place it on the edge of a latch and knock it out of the frame.
