The top tilt latches look like our 26-243 or 26-244. Go over the measurements on our site to confirm that. The coil springs behind the nylon housings are probably our Series 160, but you will need the spring weight stamped on the metal when ordering. As for the pivot shoe, it should be the 15-191. Please compare all the dimensions before making a purchase.

My latches and coil springs are fine. I need the plastic balances that are screwed into the window channel with the philleps head screws. The existing plastic balances dried up from the heat of the hot summer sun and cracked.

Are you referring to the support covers? If so, we have some that may work. It would depend on how many springs you use. I can't tell. See our 15-150T triple support, or our 15-150D double support.
