This balance appears similar to our Series 751 channel balance. Can you confirm? It also seems you would need either our 19-029 or 19-030 clip. See the video below to see how to replace them.

Yes!!! This does look like my hardware. It does look like I will have to take off the trim as it partially covers the access to the portion of framing that has the screws to remove. Not as simple as in your picture. Based on my pictures would you suggest another way to remove the panel?
