Windows fall HARD !!

A landlord from Cumming, GA says:
We have several windows that will not stay open and will fall HARD if opened. We can't get any answers as how to repair

Hello! Looks like you just need a new pivot bar. I can't quite tell what yours is, but see our 26-378 to start out. It's a similar style, but I'm not sure how the hole placement matches. That is a very important detail. Look it over and tell me what you think. If it differs in installation hole placement, please let me know exactly how.
