Trouble installing 84-091 and 95-020

A home owner from Glendale, Arizona says:
I have received the parts and am trying to install them. I have the corner brackets in place, but when I try to install the wheels, the only thing that happens is that the wheelt pop out of the roller body. I am ding exactly as the video shows so I am not sure if I have received a bad lot of wheels, axels or if I am doing something different than what the video is showing.

Any Help you can provide?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
These rollers can be a little tricky to install sometimes, but there isn't really any trick to it. The video we have on it covers everything. Make sure to back out the adjustment screw and the back edge of the corner, that might be the problem. Otherwise, it just takes time and patience.
