anderson crank window part c-9400-1a

A home owner from 01089-West Springfield, MA says:
I need 2 crank window parts. The model # stamped on it is C-9400-1A. It is 9" from the screw at the end of to circular center hole. Do you have them by another model #.? They are about 15-20 years old and probably Anderson. Thank you.

Hmmm... the screw at the end of your arm throws me off a little. Could you have once had a type of shoe at the end to help attach it to the sash? Check out our 39-331 and 39-332 to start out. As you can see, we have a white, triangular shoe at the end of these. Let me know what you think.

If you also need the cover and handle, see our 39-152 and 39-267, respectively.
