Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid the etching on the glass will not tell you what the balance is. The only way to know for sure what balance will work is to refer to the stamps printed on the box itself. The tricky part is, there are a bunch of stamps on the balance and only one is the key. Look for tell-tale symbols like "#". If you aren't sure, show us a picture of each number stamped on the box and we can find the correct one.
