assistance with drawer

A quick learner from Edmonds says:
I have an old dresser with two 39" drawers that do not slide easily. Could I use two drawer track repair kits per drawer, each set in maybe 4 or 5" to stabilize the drawers as they are pulled out/pushed in?

Thank you,
Bruce

Dave from SWISCO responded:
I actually did something similar in a dresser drawer at home. Personally, I don't find that it works that much better than just a single track, but if you want to give it a try then it should work as long as you have the room for both of them. Another possibility is something like our 32-253, but you would need to make sure you have the clearance on both sides.

Thanks for your advice, which I have found to be true. Cannot use the other type of track, because of lack of clearance. Thanks again. Bruce
