Thanks for posting! I recognize this balance. This is a very peculiar setup, as both balances in the window are different. Before I can set up an order form for you, though, I'll need a bit more information. First, what is the stamp read for both balances? Keep in mind that usually these balances have a different stamp for each balance in the window.

Can you also send a few pictures of the top attachment? If I'm right, I think it'll be our 19-008, but I'd like to confirm just in case.

Great! Now, I have two order forms for you to fill out.

The first balance, with the stamp 1930, will have a bottom shoe. You can order it by referring to this Custom Balance Order Form for the 1930 that I have started for you and filling out the rest of the information. The second balance, with the stamp 1940, will not have a bottom shoe. Please refer to this Custom Balance Order Form for the 1940.
