Right away, I would suggest that you take a look at our 39-017, 39-058, 39-074, and 39-280 Window Operators.

I can't make out the linkage in your pictures. Is it off set arms? Also, is the end hole threaded or is it just a hole? For now, please look at the ones I suggested. If you are still unsure retake the last photo, as it is a little blurry. If you can also, supply the dimensions.
