Do you have these or any idea where I might get one of these? The arm is 1-3/4

The closest and maybe the only operator available like the one you show in your photo is our 39-256B. Looking at your photo, the link arm on your operator seems to have a 3/8" hole at the end, while the 39-256B has a threaded hole that takes a 33-067 screw. You might need to drill out that hole to a 3/8" diameter to fit the linkage in the main frame on the window. What do you think?
