Judging by your plastic attachments and stamp, it looks like you need an S350-28 with a 2740 stamp option. You can verify the length by measuring the metal channel, which should measure 28". The stamp can be verified by measuring the window sash, which is the sliding glass pane. It should weigh between 19 and 26 pounds.

Thank you for your response. I have another part to be identified and then I will order both together.

The part stamp is 3340, and the metal rod length is 34 inch.

This shoe looks like it has a greater depth, perhaps 1-1/8". If so, I recommend our S390-34with a 3340 option. See what you think.
