SWISCO - The Replacement Hardware Authority

bifold door track hardware needed

A handy person from Marysville, Ohio says:
I have attached two pictures (one of the bi-fold door track) and the other of the hardware piece that attaches to the bifold door and runs in the track.

The bracket is spring loaded, however, unlike any of the products that I have reserachred the "roller" (peice that broke) is not really a roller it was made in the shape of a rectangle and snapped onto the top of the bracket post/spring.

In need of a replacement

Thanks,
Richard

Thank you for posting in our discussion board. Unfortunately, the item you are looking for has been discontinued and there are no known substitutes at this time. I would recommend that you check a local "mom and pop" hardware store, or perhaps the original manufacturer of your closet door. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks.

I have checked all of the mom and pops shops. Do u all sell another system including the track and hardware?

Do you know the name of this item?

How long is your track? We carry Bifold Track Kits in various lengths that may work for you.
A handy person from Ohio says:
I'd say roughly 36-42".

I used to live in an apartment with closet doors that used this roller; I could never get it to work properly. This hardware was sold in lumber yards years ago.

You might be able to replace with a complete wood bifold door track kit such as 23-504, 3' Bifold Door Track and Hardware Kit, 2 Panel.
