I'm afraid that we don't have this exact balance system, however I believe you could use our S770-26 channel balance as a substitute. I would also recommend the 26C stamp, though you may want to weigh your sash to confirm that this is correct. The pivot shoe we recommend to use with this balance is our 15-178, which is 1-1/4" wide and 17/32" thick. Please review this hardware and let me know what you think. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure about the 15-178. If you can, I would like a photo of the tilt bar to confirm I chose the correct pivot shoe.
