broken handle crank screw

A quick learner from cape coral, fla says:
the large screw comes out when you try to open the window. I found some numbers inside that were difficult to see. Condo was in 1975 and pretty sure they the original parts. The dimensions are in a photo and appear to be legible. The part number is 11500-3 R.H.
I missed a dimension on the drawing. The width is 15/16.

Thank you for posting. Check out our 39-194 and see if this could work for you. Make sure to check the dimensions on the bottom mounting holes. They may be different from yours. Also, does the hole that fastens to your window linkage plain or threaded?
