when i didnt know how to fix my windows, before discovering the Swisco website, where I learned how to do it and with what parts, my huge 44 inch spiral balance windows would come down like a guillotines. i needed two x fours to hold up my windows. now when my tenants say their window does not stay up as high, i just smile and come upstairs with my swisco spiral balance tool. i have ordered a lot from your company and will continue to do so.....you saved me a fortune as there was no need to replace these expensive windows. thanks!
