casement crank replacement

A home owner from Davis, CA says:
I have just acquired a house with two casement windows with broken cranks. I have looked all over the frame but cannot determine the brand of the window. How can I find out what crank to order?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
The best thing to do now would be to take a few pictures of the crank in question and upload it here for us to see. We can usually identify what hardware you need on sight. If possible, please make sure you remove the operator from the window before you take your pictures so that we can see the whole mechanism. Thanks!

Thank you! Take a look at our 39-334 and let me know if this is a possible match. You may be able to reuse your original connecting brackets.
