casement operator

A handy person from sterling heights,mi says:
this is wright window operator 131/2" the operator case works fine but as you see on picture#4 the crank shaft is broken at the bottom ,do you sell just the crank shaft or i have to replace the operator and what operator do you suggest,my case width is 4"?

I'm afraid you'll need to replace the whole operator. Once the worm gear (shown in the second picture) comes out, there is no repairing it.

I recommend our 39-013 and 39-014 operators, based on your pictures. Just double check your dimensions to make sure they match the ones we show.
