Casement window operator 30614 & 30893

A contractor from Saugus, MA says:

Hi,

I'm looking for an operator. I've sent along a few photos.

I took it off the window. There are some numbers on the inside of the assembly. They are: 30614 then 30893 right under it. It says Canada 1996 also.

There was not any info on the window unit besides the measurements.
