channel balance -14 4 JR Caldwell

A home owner from Oregon says:
Dear Swisco,
It seems that the cord inside one of my Caldwell channel balances has broken. I have searched your site for an ID # on this particular balance, but ended up confused and lost in the depths of the internet. The metal channel measures 5/8"W x 9/16"D x 15"L, and is stamped 14 4 JR Caldwell. I hope that between the photos and the stamp, the info is adequate for identifying purposes. Please let me know the steps to take in finding and replacing (or repairing) the channel balance.

Thank you very much, for you time and attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Mark

Start by looking at our S385-15. I think this could be what you need. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as these are the same as yours, you should be okay. I'd also recommend the 1440 option.
