A handy person from Hurricane Utah says:
in search of a left and right 1/2" viking window channel balance.
The number is 26 DS 36.
The metal portion is 26" long.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 27" long, not 26". Can you also confirm the weight of your sash?
A quick learner from Utah says:
The metal portion is 27" and 28" when I include the plastic ends.
I attached 3 photos. 2 are measurements and the 3rd is a plastic part that fell out when I removed the window.

That piece is known as the top sash guide. Our 18-008 might be a match, but see how well our pictures and measurements compare.

Were you also able to confirm the exact weight of the sash?

I think this could be an S390-27 channel balance, I'm just not sure about what stamp option you'd need. You will need to weigh your sash to confirm.
