Acorn window channel balance

A handy person from jensen beach, florida says:
October 3, 2015
channel balance for acorn single hung non tilt. 1981. 29" not including shoe or top. 3/8" wide.280 stamp on metal. also needs 1 1/4 + inch flat clips to insert in window frame. The number 28C is stamped on channel not 280 as I previously noted. Also BS1 BV is stamped
