Why do these break constantly. It seems they get a kink in them and then break

That does not sound like it should be happening. The coil springs might be hanging up in the track as you slide the sash up and down. That would cause the kink. If you can, send some photos of your coil springs and we will try to help.

The coils has 1 coil more on the left than the right. The coils have a wear mark on them in the center of the coil.

Having one coil on one side and two on the other doesn't sound right. That may be why you're running into issues. You need the same number of coil springs on each side of the sash and the same weight number printed on the coil springs. As it is now, you likely don't have equal weight support on each side, which means the weaker side won't be able to do its job properly.
