constant force balance springs

The constant force balance spring for my vinyl window is broken. The window manufacturer was Republic Windows of Chicago, now defunct. The window measures about 35" square.

I have attached a few pictures that I hope will be helpful. The marking on the spring is #9.0 35" P, PAT 5232208.

I recommend you look at our S160-9 coil spring and see if this is a match.
