A quick learner from delray beach FL. says:
I need a crank handle white to operate casement for exterior window. This handle has a male part that goes into female part as part of casement
A home owner from Delray Beach, Florida says:
Hi. Can you notify me whether or not you have these in stock. Dr. Gregory
operator crank

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Your handle closely resembles our 39-226. Take note that the problem may not be with the handle, but the operator itself. The type of operator you have uses a black plastic collar which locks in the 39-226 handle in place. This black collar has a tenancy to break before the handle itself. Check to see if yours is worn. If it is, the entire operator may need to be replaced. The good news is, newer style operators do not use this black collar, so it won't be a concern in the future.
