Hi, I just replaced a Paradigm 24" casement sash. The hardware they sent is different than the existing and wont work. I can use the existing operating mechinism but need the additional arm on both the top and bottom of the window. The one they sent had the male pin on the arm and not the plate. I n ... (cont.)

I have three (3) broken pivot shoes i need to replace, but cannot accurately identify the part. I hope you can help. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove the pivot shoe. Thank you.

I am in the process of rehabbing some old Fenestra steel framed commercial windows with central pivots. Coil balance 5.365.638i don't know manufacturer. As you can see the channel guide doesn't have cut area for me to remove the hardware - it runs top to bottom. Do I need to cut an exit? I made a cutout to remove coil and shoe. The window weighs approximately 11lbs.
