I need a few of these to fix some windows and not sure of the size.

This is a latch that locks our casement windows closed. I have quite a few windows like this and these latches have gotten old and brittle since they were first installed more than 30 years ago.

looking for a replacement

The mounting hole centers are 6 - 9/16 inches and the centers between the top mounting hole and the lock hole is 2 -1/2 inches

The Silverline casement window operator (2002?) recently broke/stripped and I am unable to open or close the window on the right. Attached is photo of the opposite side. The inside photo is from the side needing replacement. I am unable to identify the correct replacement part. Can you help me? Than ... (cont.)

Problem is upper linkage arm that secures window to frame. The "double hole buffer" washer broke (picture attached) fell to floor. Window came untered from frame and now unsecured at top.Got it closed locked and secure. Need replcement hardware.
