Greetings, my older Anderson window casement lock (for a window that opens counter clockwise) is no longer catching/pulling in the latch. I was wondering if you could help me replace it. I also noticed the window crank plastic was chipped. Do you stock that as well? Thanks!

There is one on each door mounted on the inside of each door where they meet

I am looking to replace the pivot shoes, coils and plastic piece that goes over the springs. The window weights 21lbs. Are you able to help identify what item I would need to do this work.
