Greetings. I just received the 50 T-lock balance shoes (part 15-194). They're the right size (part) but unfortunately they will not fit in the channel because of a deep groove at the base. See photos. I also noticed a number stamped near the top --- 28C. What are my options now?

The operator works but the straight piece that attaches to it is rusted away the top hinge does not stay close to the window frame but slides over as the window opens lots of rusty parts so I need all the bits

The Truth operator (2 pieces) is broken. The casement windows were installed back in 1988-89 and finally broke. Please take a look at the photos and let me know if you have anything that may help. Feel free to call Steve if need to discuss. Thank you.

I need a replacemnet track and rollers for mu Shwinco 9700 series 6' sliding glass door.

None of my windows have manufacturer identifiers. They are all vinyl tilt style. They were likely installed around 20 years ago. The photo shows the style of pivot shoe that they all have. Over the years several of the pivot shoes have cracked making it too easy for the window to slip out with simpl ... (cont.)

The plastic corner on the window pane that moves up and down held on with 2 screws. Appears to help guide the pane up and down against the balance.
