My springs are shot. The window width is 37" and weighs 23 lbs. I see no identifying numbers on the springs. Looking for coiled springs and pivot shoes. The shoe measures 1 3/8H x 1 3/16W and is 9/16 thick. Can you identify the parts? Thanks!

Do you recognize the attached window opener? I need to replace a few that are broken and I'm having trouble locating them.

The notch or lock does not lock need new part

The height is 10 inches at the high point. 9.5 at the low point.

I'm trying to find these channel balancers

I have a 2005 modular home with Crestline tilt windows. While washing one window, the channel balance came out and the top plastic piece broke. I pushed it back in but I cannot get the window to work.Do you have the replacement piece (and I know to buy 2) for this window? The metal piece is 29 inche ... (cont.)

Let me know if you need more pictures or measurements. This is for an average sized window. I have measurements for that as well if needed. And I will need 4 of these balances.
