Hey there,

Thanks for writing! Your balances look a like our S380-24 with a 1" shoe or our S385-24 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances is 24".

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

Once you've confirmed the series you need, you'll need to confirm the stamp option. I believe the 37 at the end of your stamp may indicate that your sash weighs 37lbs. That said, you should be able to use either the 2370 (supports sashes weighing 34 to 37lbs) or the 2375 (supports sashes weighing 37 to 40lbs).

To confirm which of these is the right stamp option, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash down to the ounce. If it is just under 37lbs, I suggest using the 2370 and if it is anywhere between 37 to 40lbs, you'll need the 2375.
