Thanks for posting! Your Andersen balance appears to be our 24-531 Andersen Sash Balance. Given the 5#23 stamp on the metal, I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.

This balance is made to replace balances stamped with a 519, 523, 525, 527, or 531.
