Can you help me identify the required spring balance? I need two.

They are marked 2330 #. The metal part of the frame measures exactly 24". The top guide on both left and right appears to be broken, but I do not have the missing pieces....

I have included a photo of the top stop, but I don't think they need to be replaced...

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I don't recognize what you have here. I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available!

Thank you kindly for waiting. The top fitting for this balance looks like the 19-037. This fitting doesn't come with a stock balance of ours but we can still help via custom order. Can you measure the bottom fitting as shown below and tell me what you get? You may want to measure the fitting on an undamaged balance for an accurate measurement.

undamaged piece is 1" (1.035)
The top sash guides are metal so I don't think they need to be replaced...
Could you quote based on the 19-037 with 15-002 please? I need two.

Certainly! I will email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order for (2) 24" long balances with the 19-037 top, 15-002 bottom, and 2330 stamp.
