13 2 Replacement Counter Balance

High we just bought a house and once of the windows doesn't stay open. The counter balance was rusted and only had 1 instead of 2. The one I need measures at 13 3/4" would that be a 12?

We can absolutely supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order since you have a unique configuration.

Before we go any further, can you just confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 13-5/8".

Can you also tell me how many you needed?
