Hello! Your balance appears to match our S395-15 at first glance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

Another important thing to note is that your old stamp ends in "90," which is an older and unused calibration. You will have to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we show on the S395-15 store page to confirm which modern stamp will work instead.
