May I please see a photo of the center of the balance? I am looking to see the pulley system and how it connects to the spring in the balance channel.

Thanks for the photos! Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-15 with a 1" shoe or the S385-15 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct fit for your window, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of the shoe.

Since your sash weighs 25.5lbs, this will need to be a custom made assembly.

Once you've confirmed the shoe depth, I'll be able to confirm pricing and availability for the balances you need.

I'm sorry to say the measurement you are showing in your photo is not accurate. The depth of the shoe is measured from the wing of the shoe to the back of the shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

If the measurement is over 1", you likely have the 1-3/32" shoe. Be sure to double check this before placing your order.

Sure! Thanks for confirming. These balances are an extremely custom assembly, given that the weight of the sash exceeds the weight our balances can support. That said, I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these balances. 

You should be aware that the quoted balances will be for the lower sash in the window. If you are looking to replace balances for the upper sash, please let me know and I'll be happy to quote them for you.
