16" Channel Replacement Part

A home owner from Illinois says:
Having an issue confirming the correct replacement piece to replace a channel that broke. It's a tilting window with 16" long and 1/2" wide channel with a 16C designation. The existing channel is held in place at the top via terminal clip that look different than the Series 795 connection at the top. Can you confirm if this is the correct piece. Pictures attached.

Thanks

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your pulley clip detached from the window jamb to determine if it matches the 19-043 clip that comes with the S795-16 (16C) channel balance. Thank you.
