1950s Double Hung hardware

A handy person from Bloomington MN says:

Hello,

I am restoring some 1950 single pane single hung windows in a house. This is a photo of the existing window hardware. I'm not sure what you would call the pieces. There is the locking piece, the part it hooks into and the pull for raising the window.

I just measured the lock and keeper. It is 1 3/4" on the lock and 1 1/2" on the keeper. I'm looking for something in a black to match new door knobs.

I haven't been able to find the piece that raises and lowers the window.

Thanks for posting! The window lock and keeper you have looks a lot like our 90-071 1-3/4" Window lock & Keeper set. The sash lift looks like it could be our 20-007 Wood Window Sash Lift. To confirm that these parts are the correct fit for your window, carefully compare the dimensions shown below.

Unfortunately, these parts are not available in black.
