Hello, Unfortunately, your door hardware is too old to find direct replacements. We suggest removing your hardware and track and replacing it with the 23-453 (36") track and cut the length down with a hacksaw. Now, drill 15/32" holes on the top and bottom of the door for the two 23-121 top pins and 23-151 bottom pivot pin 1/1/4" in from the door edge and center them. Next, install the 23-312 bottom corner bracket. You will raise and lower the door by adjusting the 23-151 pivot pin. Look over the parts we've related for you to see what you think.
