Hello,

It looks like you have a Roto-style operator. We've related the replacements that we carry in this style on this page for you to review. The determining factor would be the length of the arm that attaches to the window sash. We also offer the 39-232 handle used with these operators. They do not come with screws but we generally recommend reusing the originals. If not, I'd recommend brining one of the screws to a local hardware store so that they can match you up with replacements. Thank you!
