20 year old vinyl window very hard to open

A quick learner from Virginia says:
Good morning,

I have a window, 18.25 tall and 33 wide with a 16" long metal balance that has a 3/4 inch long twist hinge connector, making the balance be 16.75 long. These are the pics I could take without removing one of them.

And also the weather stripping is ripped and needs replacing.

Can you help me identify these parts?

I think the balances are the issue, the window cannot be opened easily at all.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance, but with a 15-198 hook for installation. This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you. To further review, are you able to provide the number/letter stamped on the metal channel and how many you are looking to purchase.

This channel balance comes equipped with the 15-195 T-lock shoe that has a 1-1/4" width. Please confirm the width is the same as your original.

Dimensions for 15-195

Unfortunately I cannot make out the style of the weather seal. Are you able to provide a clearer image of the end profile? Thank you!
