2130 and 2740 window balances

A home owner from Scottsdale, AZ says:

Original window manufacturer; Alenco 1999 or 2000.

I am thinking that the top guide is a 19-005 and the bottom guide is a 15-001.

The dimensions all fit except the depth of the shoe on the bottom is not a full 1 1/8" like a 15-001, but it is more than 1" like the 15-002. I think that reflects 18 years of wear.

I agree, this looks like our Series 395. Those bottom shoes often wear down a little over time, so if it's less than 1-1/8" but more than 1" then odds are it's our 15-001.
