Hey there!

We should be able to help with this. Can you upload clear photos of the top and bottom fittings? We would also like to see a shot of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism.

Great, thank you! Based on what I see here, I recommend either the S380-28 or S385-28 channel balances. Measure as shown below to determine the best match. You will also want to select the 2740 stamp option based on your old 27 4 stamp.

what the 59 and or the 69 is referring to?

No problem! Those numbers are only relevant to the manufacturer but the important numbers to focus on are the first three: 27 4. These numbers represent the strength of the spring calibration.
